QA System Integration Manager – 3 Year Contract

About the role

The QA System Integration Manager will lead the integration and execution of Quality Management System (QMS) elements across Abbott Nutrition manufacturing sites. This three‑year contract position focuses on harmonising procedures, processes, systems and people to ensure a seamless merger of a non‑Abbott facility into Abbott’s operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end integration and harmonisation of QMS procedures, processes and supporting systems across sites and functions.
• Oversee development, revision, approval and deployment of SOPs and controlled documents in line with enterprise QMS standards.
• Translate procedural changes into clear operational practices and role‑based expectations.
• Partner with Quality System Owners to identify gaps and define future‑state architectures.
• Manage execution of integration workstreams, maintain workplans, track dependencies and resolve issues.
• Coordinate across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Regulatory and Training functions.
• Lead change‑management activities to embed new procedures through training, adoption verification and sustained use.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality system integration projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of QMS, SOP lifecycle and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Effective communication and change‑management skills.
