Purchase to Pay Administrator

About the role

The Purchase to Pay Administrator ensures the finance operations run smoothly behind the scenes at Star Hospitality. You will process invoices, manage supplier queries and handle expense claims, guaranteeing accuracy and timely payments in a fast‑paced environment. The role also offers opportunities to identify and implement small process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices end‑to‑end and keep payment cycles on track.
• Act as the primary contact for supplier queries and manage the shared inbox.
• Complete monthly Top 10 supplier reconciliations.
• Process expense claims and support audit requests as needed.
• Identify and suggest small improvements that deliver big impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience using SAP in an FMCG environment.
• Experience with Sage is preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with a high‑accuracy mindset.
• Confident communicator with a customer‑service approach.
