About the role
We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Associate to join The Property Factory in Christchurch’s central CBD. The role offers a competitive base salary of $65,000 with an on‑target earnings potential of $130,000, working 30 hours per week on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential properties to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide accurate market information and property details to clients.
