About the role

The Property Management Operations & Innovation Manager will lead the integration of operational excellence and innovative technology within Ray White’s property management division in Manukau, Auckland. This on‑site, full‑time role blends deep property management knowledge with a focus on leveraging tech, artificial intelligence and automation to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property management operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Identify, evaluate and implement technology‑driven solutions, including AI and automation tools, to improve processes.
• Collaborate with property management teams to embed innovative practices into routine workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property management or related real‑estate operations.
• Strong interest in technology, AI and automation as applied to property services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Manukau and manage cross‑functional initiatives.

Required skills

• Knowledge of property management processes.
• Familiarity with technology concepts such as AI and automation.
