Project Manager

About the role

TBIG is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our Greater Wellington team. You will work on a diverse portfolio that includes education facilities, justice buildings, commercial fit‑outs and 3‑water infrastructure upgrades, guiding projects from design through construction to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement project strategies that align with client and community objectives.
• Procure and manage consultants and contractors, monitoring performance and risk.
• Chair project meetings, record actions and follow up to ensure nothing is left undone.
• Prepare and maintain programme schedules, reporting progress to stakeholders.
