Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Savills is seeking a Project Manager to join its Christchurch team, delivering projects across three‑waters, education, infrastructure and commercial sectors. You will work closely with senior leaders while managing your own projects and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from feasibility and design through construction to close‑out.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Support procurement processes and contract administration.
• Monitor programme, cost and risk, and report progress to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in project management, engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, property or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
• Clear, professional communication and a proactive mindset.
