About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead an agribusiness innovation project with national growth potential. The role will focus on delivering the pelletised fertiliser initiative and supporting strategic projects across the Group.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the agribusiness innovation project from concept to delivery.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget and resources.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Oversee the implementation of the pelletised fertiliser initiative.
- Monitor progress, report status to senior leadership and adjust plans as needed.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing complex projects in agribusiness or related sectors.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in Inglewood, Taranaki.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results.
