Production Technician – Concrete Manufacturing

About the role

You will work hands‑on in a modern, automated concrete manufacturing environment, setting up and assembling moulds, reinforcement, casting, finishing and performing quality checks. You will read specifications, keep to the production schedule and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and assemble concrete moulds and reinforcement.
• Operate casting and finishing processes.
• Conduct quality inspections on every product.
• Read and follow technical specifications and production schedules.
• Maintain a tidy, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year experience in concrete, precast, carpentry, steel fixing or production.
• Physically capable and safety‑focused.
• Class 1 licence with F OSH endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
• Gantry crane experience or a ticket 3800 is a plus.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand and able to pass medical, drug & alcohol and criminal checks.
