Production Technician – Concrete Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals with concrete manufacturing experience to join our Winton Factory team as Production Technicians. You will help meet production schedules, maintain high quality standards, and support a positive health and safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the production schedule to achieve planned outputs.
• Set up and assemble moulds, reinforcement, and perform concrete casting and pouring.
• Strip and mark finished products according to production drawings.
• Operate power tools, forklifts, and portable concrete‑mixing machines.
• Clean, finish, and dismantle forms after concrete has cured.
• Use quality‑control sheets and act on any non‑conformances immediately.

Required profile

• Previous experience with precast concrete products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Strong decision‑making and communication skills.
• Manual handling capability (lift up to 25 kg).
• Understanding of workshop health and safety standards.
• F endorsement is desirable.
