Product Training Specialist – APAC

About the role

Halter is looking for a Product Training Specialist to lead the learning programme for all customer‑facing teams across APAC. You will ensure that new hires and existing staff understand the full Halter product suite – from collar hardware to virtual‑fencing software – so that farmers receive a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve the onboarding training programme for Support, Onboarding and GTM teams, including hands‑on sessions on customer farms and the R&D farm in Melrose.
• Maintain a seasonal training calendar that aligns with changing farming cycles and product updates.
• Create training modules, assessments and tests covering collar behaviour, virtual fencing, app workflows and related hardware.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to anticipate new releases and prepare training materials in advance.
• Monitor competency levels, provide feedback and close knowledge gaps for all customer‑facing staff.

Required profile

• Comfortable working around livestock, especially cattle.
• Strong instructional design experience, preferably in a technical or ag‑tech environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex product features into clear learning content.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently across multiple time zones.
