About the role
Positive People is seeking a Product Relationship Manager to join its fast‑paced tourism business in Ellerslie, Auckland. The role will support the delivery of memorable small‑group tours and ensure product relationships run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships between tour products and customers to deliver high‑quality experiences.
- Coordinate daily operations of small‑group tours, ensuring schedules and logistics are executed without disruption.
- Collaborate with the high‑performing team to continuously improve tour offerings and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Organised and proactive individual with a passion for tourism and hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and work effectively within a team.
- Experience in managing or supporting tour or hospitality products is desirable.
