Product Manager

About the role

pharmAgent is seeking a Product Manager to help transition its AI‑driven pharmaceutical shortage insights platform from development to commercial deployment. The role is based in New Zealand and will involve regular interaction with customers, partners, and team members across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into product priorities.
• Own critical feedback and insight processes that shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure data‑intensive features meet market needs.
• Help define and evolve the product strategy as the company scales.
• Contribute to the overall growth and direction of the early‑stage startup.

Required profile

• Experience in product management or product operations.
• Background in data‑intensive or analytics‑driven environments.
• Enjoys working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Comfortable partnering with technical teams.
• Motivated to build a company from its early stages.
