Product Manager - Everyday Banking

About the role

ANZ is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to lead the Everyday Banking portfolio. In this permanent role you will shape product strategy, drive performance and deliver customer‑focused outcomes across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Everyday Banking strategy.
• Lead initiatives that improve the customer experience, working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, managing escalations and approvals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyse key metrics and share insights for continuous improvement.
• Support frontline lenders with clear communications, training and reference materials.
• Assist with internal and external messaging to ensure consistency with ANZ values.
• Foster collaboration within the Everyday Banking team and ensure compliance with ANZ policies and risk practices.
