Product Analyst

About the role

The Product Analyst will help Partly shift from managing by outputs to managing by outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will build the analytical foundation that enables product and engineering teams to make data‑driven decisions across a growing portfolio of products and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build core product metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Conduct ad‑hoc and structured analysis of usage, funnels, and engagement trends.
• Define, track, and validate success metrics for new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards using SQL, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
• Specify tracking requirements, collaborate with engineers on instrumentation, and ensure data quality.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights, presentations, and product recommendations.
• Manage analytical request intake, prioritize work, and document data processes.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, operations, and go‑to‑market teams to align metrics with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience building complex SQL queries for analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to turn ambiguous business needs into structured metrics.
• Background in product, analytics, or operational data roles, preferably in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills.
