Procure 2 Pay Adoption & Enablement Specialist (12 months)

About the role

Fisher & Paykel is hiring a Procure 2 Pay Adoption & Enablement Specialist for a fixed 12-month term in Auckland. Working alongside the P2P Systems Specialist, you will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen adoption of the global Procure-to-Pay platform (GEP), focusing on PR/PO quality, supplier portal use and No PO No Pay readiness through receipting and invoicing go-live. The role is change support during a critical rollout, not a permanent compliance seat.

Key responsibilities

• Engage users and suppliers with clarity and credibility, and coach quality at the point of raise
• Enable portal adoption and help embed No PO No Pay with Accounts Payable and the business
• Surface catalogue gaps for others to fix and deliver learning waves under the Systems lead
• Provide hands-on enablement, coaching and practical support, removing friction and building confidence in the standard buying channel
• Leave simple routines that Systems and Accounts Payable can sustain in BAU, and complete a clean handover so adoption lasts beyond the term

Required profile

• Experience in P2P, shared services, AP-adjacent or procurement operations where adoption or process quality mattered
• Hands-on with a P2P or ERP platform and able to coach others on channels, requisitions, POs or portal steps
• Able to influence without authority, stay structured under volume and distinguish system, content and capability issues
• Preferred: training or supplier enablement, No PO No Pay / PR-PO quality uplift or pre-go-live cleanse, and experience handing routines into BAU after a project or term
