Process Technician

About the role

Abbott is seeking a Process Technician to operate production processes and help achieve plant operational targets. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the achievement of plant operational targets.
• Carry out basic problem‑solving within plant operations.
• Follow standard procedures and work instructions, seeking senior staff support when needed.
• Identify and respond to basic process variations.
• Minimize process failures by adhering to standard practices and taking timely action.
• Adjust routine tasks based on changing work requirements.
• Use quality, production, maintenance, and health‑and‑safety systems as required.
• Communicate clearly with team members, shift leaders, and other staff.

• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Reliability in completing timesheets and mandatory training.
