Price Study Technician – Secondary Trades

About the role

DUMEZ Côte d’Azur is looking for a Price Study Technician to support the lead cost analyst on secondary trades projects. You will work on hard‑flooring and joinery packages, with the opportunity to expand to other technical lots as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project dossiers and study technical documentation.
• Consult suppliers, collect and evaluate their offers.
• Perform and verify quantity take‑offs (métrés).
• Prepare cost estimates while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• BTS or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least one year of experience in price studies within the construction sector, preferably on secondary trades.
• Strong rigor, organization, and analytical mindset.
• Team‑oriented and comfortable in a dynamic, growing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred).
