Political Science Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role
This contract position is for a Political Science Quality Assurance Lead who will oversee the quality and consistency of AI‑generated political science content. Working remotely, you will evaluate trainer output, provide detailed feedback, and ensure adherence to project rubrics.
Key responsibilities
- Review AI‑generated political science material and trainer/QA work against detailed guidelines.
- Provide precise written feedback on conceptual accuracy, bias, source awareness, clarity, formatting, and rubric compliance.
- Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA staff.
- Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain documentation of quality standards.
- Monitor contributor activity and reactivate inconsistent participants.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Sociology, Economics or a related social science.
- 3+ years of experience in political science research, teaching, policy analysis, or related analytical work.
- Strong command of English for clear written communication.
- Deep understanding of political institutions, comparative politics, international relations, public policy, political theory, and electoral systems.
