About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Planning Team Leader to manage and lead our Planning Team. The role involves overseeing resource management planning and delivering consent planning services for the Council.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the Resource Management Planning functions.
- Manage and deliver the Consent Planning function of the Council.
- Process resource consent applications.
Required profile
- Recognised tertiary qualification in resource management.
- Minimum five years’ experience in resource management or a similar role.
- Practical experience in local government or relevant private‑sector environment.
- Ability to build positive working relationships.
