Physiotherapist – Community & Vocational Rehabilitation

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will join a supportive, collaborative team delivering both vocational and community rehabilitation services. The role involves working across homes, workplaces and community settings to help clients achieve functional recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workplace and functional assessments for vocational rehabilitation.
• Develop graduated return‑to‑work plans and detailed task analyses.
• Support clients through vocational rehabilitation pathways.
• Provide community‑based rehabilitation services alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Help clients achieve functional and wellbeing goals in home and community environments.
• Apply strong clinical reasoning to deliver client‑centred outcomes.
• Contribute to a high‑performing, supportive team culture.

Required profile

• Relevant physiotherapy qualifications, professional registration and a current practising certificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in vocational and community rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical reasoning and adaptability.
• Client‑focused approach with clear, professional communication.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
