Physiotherapist – Community & Vocational Rehabilitation

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our Blenheim team, delivering high‑quality rehabilitation services across homes, workplaces and community settings. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work in a collaborative, values‑led environment that puts clients first.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workplace assessments, develop graduated return‑to‑work plans and perform task analysis for vocational rehabilitation (SAW & BTW).
• Provide community‑based rehabilitation and support, helping clients achieve their goals within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Deliver personalised physiotherapy care in diverse settings, ensuring excellent outcomes and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Relevant physiotherapy qualification, professional registration and a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum two years’ experience in vocational and community rehabilitation services.
• Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability and a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders.
