About the role

The Personal Business Manager will deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and meeting the financial needs of clients across business banking, home loans, insurance, and investment products. This permanent role is based on the North Shore of Auckland and focuses on building trusted relationships while supporting ANZ’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with current and potential customers through quality conversations to identify their financial needs.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of bank processes, products, and services to provide tailored solutions.
• Provide market‑leading service while ensuring compliance and risk standards are met.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and other business units to refer queries appropriately.
• Demonstrate ANZ values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
