Personal Business Manager

About the role

The Personal Business Manager will deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding and meeting the financial needs of clients across business banking, home loans, insurance and investment products. You will build trusted relationships, manage a portfolio proactively and ensure compliant, sustainable financial outcomes that support both customer success and ANZ’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with current and prospective customers through quality conversations to identify their financial needs.
• Provide tailored solutions across business banking, home loans, insurance and investment products.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of bank processes, products and services to confidently advise business customers.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and other business units to refer queries and broaden service awareness.
• Apply risk‑aware ‘know your customer’ practices and uphold ANZ values in all interactions.
