About the role
We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to provide maternity‑leave cover for our Partners in the Tax and Business Advisory team. You will deliver end‑to‑end administrative support, manage diaries and inboxes, and help maintain a professional, well‑coordinated office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations and meeting arrangements for Partners and events.
- Handle expense processing, invoicing and other financial administration tasks.
- Proactively manage diaries, schedule meetings and resolve conflicts.
- Update and maintain business applications such as CRM, time‑tracking and billing systems.
- Contribute to office culture initiatives and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain streamlined office systems to improve productivity.
- Manage correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other support team members across the organisation.
- Provide logistical and material support for meetings, events and office‑wide activities.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar personal or executive assistant role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive forward‑planning.
- Client‑focused attitude and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
