Performance Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

Media X is seeking a Performance Manager to lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for Socialites Group clients. You will work across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Programmatic channels, ensuring campaigns meet KPI targets and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage digital campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Programmatic platforms.
• Implement a rapid testing framework to validate hypotheses and optimise performance based on in‑depth analysis.
• Analyse platform data to extract actionable insights and apply them to improve campaign results.
• Collaborate with agency and account teams to drive growth in digital media services.
• Lead and mentor a Performance Executive, providing training and workload support.
• Conduct regular research on industry trends and share insights with the performance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, either agency‑based or in‑house.
• Advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Paid Search across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of analytics, A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and metrics‑driven marketing.
