People & Capability Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a People & Capability Business Partner to join Intercoll Services Limited in Auckland. This newly created position will work closely with senior leaders across New Zealand and Australia, providing strategic HR guidance and driving capability development. The role goes beyond routine administration and offers real influence on people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans.
• Design and implement people capability initiatives that support growth and performance.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and organisational change.
• Analyse HR metrics and present insights to senior management.
• Lead HR projects that improve processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices in a multi‑country environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to challenge the status‑quo and drive continuous improvement.
