People Advisor

About the role

Gallagher is seeking a People Advisor to join its Security Product team. You will partner closely with leaders and employees, providing thoughtful support across the employee lifecycle and helping to shape a positive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching, employee relations guidance, and support for engagement initiatives.
• Drive development opportunities and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with leaders to solve problems and find better ways of working.
• Influence culture and make a positive impact across the business.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a People Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong employee‑relations knowledge and confidence handling people matters.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Practical, balanced, solutions‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
