About the role

Join the Online Customer Service & Fulfilment Team at JB Hi‑Fi as a part‑time Customer Service Team Member. You will deliver a consistently positive online experience, handling enquiries and issues promptly while building loyalty with our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer and store enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Manage multiple support portals and systems to track and resolve queries.
• Process orders, troubleshoot fulfilment delays, and coordinate cancellations, refunds, replacements and amendments.
• Investigate lost or damaged‑in‑transit deliveries in collaboration with courier partners.
• Support fraud‑related processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
