Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant – Mt Roskill

About the role

Petdirect is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Retail Sales Assistants to join its Mt Roskill store. Working up to 22 hours per week, you will help customers find the right products for their pets in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on pet products and services.
• Maintain store presentation, stock shelves and ensure product availability.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to qualify for performance incentives.
• Support promotional activities and up‑sell complementary items.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for animals and pet care.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours, up to 22 hrs/week.
