Part-Time Remote Consulting Nurse

About the role

Dispensed is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its Telehealth team on a part‑time, fully remote basis. You will provide telephone‑based consultations, supporting patients who use alternative and symptom‑management therapies across New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations, including patient screening, data entry and follow‑up calls.
• Collaborate with doctors, customer‑service and management teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, reviewing symptoms and clinical history.
• Document patient notes clearly, factually and in line with clinical protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.

Required profile

• Current registration (APC) as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
• Current professional indemnity insurance.
• Genuine interest in alternative medicine and symptom management.
• Availability to work Mondays 9:00 am–5:30 pm NZT; two additional flexible days.
• Comfortable using technology such as Google Meet, Slack, Rippling, Indici and other clinical systems.
• Efficient typing while engaging in patient conversations.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong written documentation skills.
• Ability to follow clinical processes and protocols accurately.
• Previous experience working from home or in telehealth is highly regarded.
