Part-Time Law Clerk – In-house Legal Team

About the role

Join Vitaco’s in‑house legal team as a part‑time Law Clerk. Working closely with the General Counsel and Legal Counsel, you will support daily legal operations while gaining exposure to commercial, regulatory, intellectual property and corporate matters within a fast‑moving FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare concise briefing notes.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Support contract management and workflow coordination for document execution.
• Help manage trademark and intellectual property administration activities.
• Compile and organise information to aid legal advice and business decisions.
• Contribute to the development of legal templates, guidance materials and process improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Operations and other functions.

Required profile

• Law student in the final year of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree (penultimate year also considered).
• Strong academic record and proven legal research ability.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, confidence working with diverse stakeholders and willingness to learn.
