Part-Time Day Porter – Hawke's Bay

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Day Porter to keep a busy corporate office in Hawke’s Bay clean, organised and welcoming. Working two days a week, you will support the workplace experience team, cleaners and external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations and events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, reset and maintain meeting rooms and shared spaces.
• Keep office areas tidy and presentable throughout the day.
• Restock kitchen supplies, snacks, beverages and stationery.
• Assist with office catering and Boost Day events, including setup and cleanup.
• Coordinate with vendors and support suppliers on‑site.
• Respond to ad‑hoc workplace requests and general office support tasks.
• Help move furniture and perform other light physical duties as needed.

Required profile

• Comfortable performing light physical tasks and moving equipment.

• Consistent part‑time hours (Wednesday 8‑12 am, Thursday 10 am‑2 pm).
