About the role

FASTSIGNS is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to join its franchise team. You will introduce businesses to a wide range of signage and graphics solutions, turning everyday surfaces into marketing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Present tailored sign and graphics solutions that meet client needs.
• Network within the community to generate leads and expand market presence.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the franchise’s growth.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in an outside sales or commission‑based environment is preferred.
• Experience in B2B consultative sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with the sign and graphics industry is advantageous.
• Enthusiastic about helping customers solve problems and eager to learn.
