Outbound Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Pulse Energy is seeking an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive new business through proactive phone outreach. The role is based in Mount Eden, Auckland and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining office presence with two days of remote work each week.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers via outbound calls.
• Present Pulse Energy products and services to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on performance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales or a call‑centre environment.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
