Outbound Sales Representative – AI & Automation

About the role

UnlockLand is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth for UnlockLand Connect, its AI‑powered marketplace for real‑estate development professionals. You will use AI‑driven tools to identify high‑value B2B prospects, run multi‑channel outreach campaigns, and book qualified meetings that generate new enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify high‑potential B2B leads using AI‑enabled platforms.
• Design and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to personalize outreach and boost conversion rates.
• Book and conduct product demos, move prospects through the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing and product teams to refine messaging and growth strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance, run experiments, and propose AI‑driven sales automation ideas.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SDR or growth roles.
• Comfortable with cold email, LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
• Passionate about AI and eager to use AI tools to work smarter.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
