Operations Support Officer

About the role

This fast‑paced position provides operational and administrative support across a growing financial services business. You will act as the first point of contact for operational and AML/CDD queries, ensuring processes run smoothly and comply with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to operational queries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist with customer due diligence (CDD) and other compliance‑related activities.
• Manage help‑desk tickets, escalating issues when necessary.
• Perform routine administrative tasks in line with company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to training materials and business support initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and naturally organised.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Team player who enjoys supporting others.
• Proactive problem‑solver with initiative.
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Previous experience in finance or a similar support role is preferred but not essential.
