Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of a fast‑growing, tech‑driven consultancy that is launching a significant new product. This role offers genuine influence over a national operation and the chance to shape the next chapter of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise daily operational processes across the consultancy.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to support the successful launch of the new product.
• Develop and implement scalable procedures to support national growth.
• Monitor performance metrics, budgets and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a consultancy or construction‑related environment.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working in a technology‑enabled business setting.
