Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join Marken’s Auckland team. The role focuses on coordinating shipments for clinical trials or freight forwarding, ensuring all customs requirements are met while supporting a safety‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and track inbound and outbound shipments for clinical trial materials and freight.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems.
• Support the wider operations team in meeting delivery schedules and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinical trial logistics or freight forwarding coordination.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and documentation processes.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mangere, Auckland.
