About the role
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our Christchurch store. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the operational efficiency of the store and helps ensure smooth daily processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support overall operational efficiency of the store.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with store procedures and policies.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Liaise with various departments to coordinate activities.
- Contribute to smooth daily operations and problem‑solving.
Required profile
- Experience in operations or operations management.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment and work collaboratively.
- Prior retail or administrative experience and knowledge of operational systems (advantageous).
