Operations and Supply Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing New Zealand consumer products business as an Operations and Supply Manager. You will own end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities across New Zealand, Australia and the United States, supporting business growth and new market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ingredient procurement, inventory planning and production scheduling.
• Manage 3PL relationships and coordinate international logistics.
• Collaborate with finance, customer service and sales/marketing to align operations with promotional activity.
• Oversee retail operations, including e‑commerce administration, order processing and stock accuracy via Shopify.
• Drive operational improvements and ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, production or operations management within FMCG, consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Experience managing production partners or 3PL providers, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong organisational ability to balance multiple priorities, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Confidence working cross‑functionally with finance, customer service, sales and marketing.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with autonomy and problem‑solving ownership.
