About the role
We are looking for an Operations & Administration Assistant to support our busy tourism company in the Nelson/Tasman region. You will join the team behind some of the most memorable experiences in the area and help maintain strong relationships throughout the tourism industry. The role involves supporting both operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth delivery of tourism experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks and office coordination.
- Help maintain records, schedules and documentation.
Required profile
- Proactive and organised individual.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced tourism environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

What we offer
- Competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000 per year.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Tahunanui, Tasman.
