About the role

CTM is seeking an Operational Team Manager to lead a team of travel service professionals. The role focuses on nurturing team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting client expectations through effective use of resources and expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality customer service across all client interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Monitor team metrics, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel systems and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of management experience, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and critical‑thinking skills.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset with a professional attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel‑industry systems and troubleshooting.
