Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You’ll work in a fast‑moving warehouse environment, supporting the online shopping experience for millions of New Zealanders each week.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with accuracy, efficiency and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
