About the role
We are looking for an Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will help ensure that online customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders, maintaining high accuracy and speed.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
- Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in the warehouse.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a welcoming smile.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for order processing.
