Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join our Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand team. In this role you will pick and pack online grocery orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and safety while providing a great experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a positive health and safety mindset for yourself and teammates.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with a smile.
