Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online grocery orders for customers across the country. You will work on the shop floor, picking and packing items accurately, safely and efficiently while supporting a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders according to Woolworths standards.
• Verify product quantities and ensure correct substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve stock issues and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Follow health and safety procedures for yourself and teammates.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to help.
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for order verification.
