About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing online grocery service. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Pick and pack online orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions, and customer enquiries.
  • Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations in the fulfilment area.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
  • Effective communicator who works well within a team.
  • Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
