Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online orders for our customers across the country. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety for yourself and teammates.
• Support the online fulfilment process by following established procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused mindset with an understanding of good service.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude and a positive smile.
