About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our customers receive their orders quickly and accurately. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, supporting the online fulfilment team.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders with accuracy, efficiency and safety.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
- Maintain a positive health‑and‑safety mindset for yourself and teammates.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service and quality.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
