Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our customers. You will work closely with other departments to resolve out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and other enquiries while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online customer orders with accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other departments regarding stock availability, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
